Cimellaro Properties, established in 1968, is a family-owned and operated rental housing service to the Queen's University community.

OUR MISSION

We provide reliable services and affordable housing to students attending Queen’s University. With many new to the experience of life away from home- we use our experience to ensure each tenant has a safe and reliable place to call home.

EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS

We are a highly trained team that responds promptly to any requests involving heating, cooling, lighting, plumbing, electrical, building service and maintenance.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING

We offer student rentals in some of the city’s most sought-after locations, so you can be close to campus and all of Kingston's downtown amenities!
